A Foreigner took a Journey...

OK...another I wrote in college.  This is a short story I wrote using all Band Names and Song Titles....

A Foreigner took a Journey to Little Texas to experience Life in the Fast Lane.  When he arrived in Dallas, he noticed a Quiet Riot happening through the streets.  He went to see what the fuss was all about.  He then saw several Black Crows perched upon a fence.  He began Counting Crows, when he came across five Eagles and noticed hundreds of little Scorpions crawling around.  As the people continued to swarm, he hear a Rattle Snake Shake and the saw Rolling Stones.  A giant Landslide fell before him.  The Foreigner had never noticed The Sings of falling rocks.  They sounded like a Hurricane, when the rock Walls Came Tumbling Down

He soon became board with the scene and began to walk away when he tripped and fell.  When he looked up and began to get back to his feet he noticed at eye view was a snake.  A very unusual snake.  A Great White Snake.  He knew he had to Take It Easy, and move very carefully.  He decided Right Now would be a good time to Runaway.  He ran for days untill he was lost in the Smoky Mountains.  At last he stopped when he came across a leopard taking a bath.  He froze for a moment careful so as that the leopard would not hear him.  As he carefully began to leave, he took Three Steps, and stumbled over a large stump.  He turned quickly, but the cat had heard nothing.  He could not hear.  He seemed to be a Def Leppard.  The man began on his way to find a new place to visit.

He came upon a small bar where he entered.  He helped himself to the bar where he asked the bar keep for One Bourbon, One Scotch and One Beer.  As he looked down the bar he noticed a Pretty Young Thing perched on a stool.  He never noticed the Bad Moon in the sky, as he was blinded by her Lyin' Eyes.  He politely asked her to dance.  After an evening of dancing and laughter, the mysterious Witchy Woman disappeared into the night like a Black Cat in a dark alley.  He failed to notice the Nasty ways that lurked inside or the Trouble that would follow.  He just wanted her to Stay.  He reentered the bar and reached for his wallet to pay his tab, when he noticed it was gone.  The lady of the night had flown away with his wallet.  Lucky for him he had some spare cash in his pocket.

The money only lasted a few days, and he soon ran out.  He had no where else to turn.  As he entered a convenience store he was tempted by the easy access money drawer, and there was only one thing he could do; Take the Money and Run.  When he turned to leave, he ran into the real Bad Boys that had been awaiting the right moment to act.  He realized only then that he was now Running with the Devil, and that they were one ones in Control.  He felt a gun pressed into his back as he heard a woman's voice ask him that he Don't Turn Around.  Suddenly the Police arrived and took him away with the others.

As he sat in his cell he thought to himself, "If, I had only gone somewhere else, like Panama, Sweet Home Alabama, or even settled for a small Hotel in California."

(I think I was really into The Eagles at the time.)
