Acupuncture has become a Part of my Weekly Routine

Acupuncture has become a part of my weekly existence and something I suggest to anyone that ever mentions any ailment at all.  It is simple.  It is proven.  And above all, it creates an inner balance throughout your entire being.

What I have noticed from Acupuncture is a very big change in myself.  I can’t put it into words, but I feel more balanced inside.  Everything seems to run smoother, and when I miss a week, I actually feel a difference.  I feel more agitation, in my mind and my body.  After about my third month of treatment, I was force to skip a week due to scheduling conflicts.  I noticed a difference about half way through the second week with no acupuncture therapy.  I was …out of wack.  As a ‘want to be writer,’ I wish I had a more eloquent way of putting that, but I don’t.  Its just simply that…I was out of wack.  So I definitely look forward to my weekly visits with Joyce (my licensed Acupuncturist.)

What I have to say about acupuncture, is that it works.  It balances you on the inside in ways that you can not even begin to understand and I don’t think I could ever articulate.  The first couple of sessions are scary, but if you stick with it and learn to be comfortable with it, I’ll bet anything that you become addicted to it…addicted to the inner balance you feel as a result.  It’s a glorious and simple alternative to the vast medications of our western medicine society, and the Chinese have been using it successfully for hundreds of years.
