This Week's Movies in Review
OK...I'm gonna make this quick, because I really didn't get to charged up by any of these.
Deck the Halls - This was cute....I kept feeling like it was ripping Christmas Vacation off, and I really just did not get Danny DeVito's big push to be seen from space....why was it important to him...they just didn't make that a big enough point in the beginning, so then you miss the real meaning behind the story and his quest. It was funny at times, but just not a big crack up...wait for it on HBO.
Meet the Robinsons - This was a cute movie, and I did laugh. I really don't have must to say, except that it's a good family movie...rent it.
Fantastic 4 Rise of the Silver Surfer - I'll say this....it was just as good as the first one....which doesn't say that much. It was OK...but I don't like comic book/sci-fi movies, so I just wasn't into it. If someone asked I would say rent it, but I just don't have anything wonderful to say about it one way or another.
Boy...I'm dull today, aren't I....sorry.
