This Week's Movies in Review (actually last week's)

Sorry, we watched these last week, I just never got around to writing anything....and we didn't watch anything this weekend.....Playoffs, ya know?  (Damn Colts)

First up!

Ratatouille - You know...the cartoon about the rat chef!  This movie was very cute.  We especially enjoyed the crazy red haired boy posing as a chef...it was like looking into my own kitchen...only without the rat...I think.  Anyway, we liked it and I would recommend renting this one....good laughs, and fun family flick.

Nanny Diaries - This movie was cute.  Predictable in parts, but that's OK.  It had some cute laughs...maybe not for the upper crust, but for us down on the bottom of the pond...it was nice to mock their lives.  Chick Flick....rent it.

Rush Hour 3 - This was actually pretty good.  I only got it for my husband, but we laughed pretty good at most of it.  Now the Eiffel Tower fight sequence was a BIT far fetched, but it was at least entertaining, and gave me that bottomless pit feeling in my stomach when they showed them about to fall.  Fun...Rent it.

Now to the questionable..... And the Don't watch......

Who's Your Caddy - This movie was just another Caddy Shack, only with out the funny Super Stars.  There was however a great Fart scene with Warren Sapp...I mean that big guy that looks like Sapp.  I say skip it, unless there is nothing else to watch.

Shoot em' Up - OMG.  R U kidding me?  This we turned off.  I was so disappointed in Clive Owen for doing this movie...he either lost a bet or owed someone a favor.  This was Terrible.  And I don't mean to be a pussy, but I was very worried about that baby, and just wanted someone to hug him.  I mean come 'on...we had a nursing Hooker (& I don't mean that she was breast feeding babies) and the entire point behind the movie, was to shoot the newborn baby...that cried the whole time.  It was horrible.  SKIP IT!

OH ya, Brett did watch War this weekend, and said he'd give it three stars...that it wasn't too bad....you're on your own there.
