Mad Money, No Reservations, Charlie Wilson's War
OK..this is taking me some time...I guess because I just don't care about them.
Mad Money - This movie was just OK. I love Keaton and the Queen...but this thing just wasn't that great. It's something I might watch on HBO but not something I would say run right out and rent straight away! I don't know about Miss Kate Holmes. I have debated her beauty for a long time... back to the Dawson "River" days (that's from 10 things I Hate about You....oh, hang on. 10 Things...starred the late and great Heath Ledger....where the father in the movie references Dawson's Creek...which Michelle Williams starred in....and later they had child, Matilida together.....how's that for six degrees?) ok..back to Holmes. When she poses with Tom, shes very pretty...but the moment she opens her mouth...and the acting...ug. All I can ever think of is Skelator. "By the Powers of Grey Skull!!" I don't know. I guess I should most definitely not throw stones, but I just don't see what all the rave is around her. Her mouth is weird...her eyes are hollow...I don't know. OK I'm sorry Kate. I apologize...you're pretty. Back to the movie....eh. Whatever.
No Reservations - I liked this movie. Not personally in love with who they chose to be Jones' love interest. But the movie itself was nice. Made me cry at times. Made me happy at others. I say rent this one.
Charlie Wilson's War - OK...neither of us wanted to actually watch this thing, so we barely paid attention. Basically it's a step by step guide on how we gave the Terrorist the arms to create this lovely War we are presently in. Hanks was his annoying self trying to be southern and I never understood who Roberts' character actually was...but again I was only half watching. Ellie learned to walk/run so we were actually playing with her more then anything. Whatever on this one too.
ON a lighter side...I watched the Indiana Jones Trilogy. Well that's not true...I skipped Temple, because it's gross. But I love the other two. I was very glad that I watched them again. I loved the action adventure of hottie Indiana Jones as a kid, but I never knew too much about the plot. Now that I have seen them as an adult, I finally know what the Ark was and why they were looking for it...and I understand the Nazis and the Holy grail quest...all came together for me finally. Glad for that and can't wait for the next one that comes out this weekend.
We have from netflix this weekend: National Treasure, I am Legend and Resurrecting the Champ.
I'll let ya know how it goes!

I also love No Reservations. I adore Aaron Eckhart in that movie.

One of the best movies I've watched last year was Indiana Jones. I am a fan and been watching the past 3 films. I still enjoyed it even if Indie was a bit older.

I agree! I loved the Crystal Skulls...I was excited from the very moment we popped the disc in and my enthusiasm just escalated from the moment I saw the "HAT." It was light and fun and I truly enjoyed it as much as the previous three.
