Do you have a phrase that you say constantly? 

I think we all do. 

We're just not always aware of it...

                            or how annoying it can be.

I know when we first started dating Brett and Eric had a thing with Ace Ventura and I heard "Alrighty then," all the time...it made me nuts....then I started doing it!!!!  Kill me now! Then one day in the barn I said, "Oh My," and my student's mom laughed and said, "I knew you'd say that!"  I never realized how often I said it before.  It became very troublesome to me after that.

So what I have noticed over the past few years, with all the Instant Messaging we do all day at work....I go through cycles of phrases.  I notice me writing the same thing over and over again in response to people...whether it, "RIGHT?" when some one says something I surprisingly agree with, or my latest,"I know it." 

I think it's just grating and irritating....but how do I stop?!



Just one more way the computer age has made us all more annoying.
