What's my Problem with "Snow"?

I always hated Snow White.  I don't know why exactly.  I love Sleeping Beauty and Cinderella....The Little Mermaid is my favorite...but for some reason I hated the "White" chick.

Why?

I guess I thought she was a coward and a pathetic servant to seven irritating little men.  Talk about a girl that knows how to pick a winner....she didn't get one guy with problems...she got seven of them.  Seven small men who's asses she could have easily kicked at any moment for being miserable, stupid, lazy....but of course she choose not to, but rather she cleaned up after all of them....like good wives do....(gage)

And how spineless of her....when the witch threatened her, what did Snow do?  She ran away.  She coward down in the forest instead of sticking it out and putting up a fight.  She choose to hid out with the odd little men, while she waited for a real man to come to her rescue.  Of course all Disney classics have us waiting for the man to ride in on his gallant white steed in the nick of time and rescue the fair maiden...It's where "Prince Charming" comes in, right?  It's what we, as small girls wait for with baited breath.... But what does that say to those other seven guys....they can put her up when she's lost and scared, but once a nice looking, "taller" man comes along, it's so long, see ya.....they suddenly aren't important anymore?

There's just something about Snow White that always bugged me.

Was it her servitude?  Her 'flight' rather then fight personality?  Her quick dismissal of the nice young gentlemen that took her in when she needed a friend?  Or was it just her short black hair?  (think about it....princesses have long flowing locks)

I don't know, and I apologize to you Snow White for never giving you a fair shake, but I just don't think you're a very good roll model...and really?  You're the fairest?
