OK...We live big the Big Cat !!!

Maybe got yet another small mouse this morning.

Now at this point most people would become alarmed by the mice in the house....but it seems perfectly logical to me.  They are trying to get warm.  WE are bringing things in from outside for the winter....things they could very well be living inside of (like...cough, cough....a fore mentioned golf bag....)  I'm not too worried.  We are not infested with mice.

But this morning Maybe had something pinned under the cabinet in the living room.  Brett moved the table out and the poor thing was clinging to the register in take vent in a panic.  "Big cat" chased it back and forth in to the corner and back to the cabinet.  Fortunately Ellie had dropped her toy drum next to that table the night before so in it's random darting, it found itself inside the drum that had fallen over.  Brett covered it with his hand and took him outside.  He lived.  Of course he's probably already back in the house....but we can do this dance again another day.
