OK....maybe you haven't figured out yet...but I am TOTALLY in the spirit of the season!


So what is your favorite Holiday Movie?

My favorite grown up movie is Love Actually.  There's just something about it I love....I don't know if it's Grant's dancing, the little girl singing at the school concert, or the silly writer played by Firth.  I do know that my favorite part is the very end during the credits when they show random people greeting one another at the airport terminal.  I just love that part and always tear up.

As for the classics?

Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer (in case you couldn't tell) is the clear winner in this category. 

I do however LOVE the Grinch, and Frosty, even though I did not catch either on Television this year.  The Grinch at least my husband got me on DVD.  I also love Charlie Brown's Special as well...but really only one part.  When Linus stands center stage and tells us ALL the true meaning of Christmas.  After that moment I can turn it off.

Of course, I enjoy the other classics....the Griswold favorite, Christmas Vacation is awesome...and everyone loves the Christmas Story.  I'm a Dickens fan, so I always enjoy catching the Christmas Carol.  I like the old black and white one I remember watching when I was little...although I can not remember who was in it.  I Love Scrooged as well.  I just get a kick out of the whole thing. 

Christmas is just magical and I truly enjoy the many twists that all the film makers put on the season.
