So I don't think Face Book is really working out that well for me.

First of all it's addictive as all get out.   I find myself checking constantly to see if i received any new posts, or if anyone has updated their status.

Second of all...and most importantly....My blog is suffering terribly.  I have nothing to write about lately...I am uninspired...and I'm preoccupied by FB.

Lastly....I joined for one sole purpose.  To find old military brats that I can not locate on the MB registry.  Of course you don't know how these things work until after you register.  So once I am registered with Face Book, I find out that there is no "Advanced Search" feature.  Here's my problem... I'm looking for, Melissa Phillips, Patrick and Lindsay Miller, Joanna Edwards, Jenny Wright....Jones, Gibson, Bechtold, Bishop!! The most common surnames in the country!  How am I supposed to work with that?!  I might as well just type in "Smith" and go from there.  It's ridiculous.

On the plus side, I did make contact with some old friends.  My old riding students were happy to chat with me.  And it's nice to see how everyone is doing and where they ended up.....

        ....It's just not what I was looking for originally...and I am still at a loss for my friends....

        WHERE ARE YOU OUT THERE???
