Brett went out yesterday for my Bronchitis Meds and came home with that as well as the Wii Fit! 

I was Psyched!

See he promised me and Ellen that if he made it through this last Rever layoff, that he would get us both a gift...I have mentioned many times that I want the Wii Fit...so low and behold....he came home with it!  (yeah...score points for the birdman!)

So this thing is awesome!  It's also depressing...lol.  It builds you a character to look like you after it weighs you and determines your BMI.  That was the depressing part....but it allows you to set goals for yourself...which I am nothing without goals, so that's cool.

I have always wanted to try Yoga and it has that feature, so I will try that as well as the strength training.  I did the step aerobics last night and the dancer in me loved that.  The other neat thing is the Balance training.  Helps to align your spine better I guess....but its a mess of games like slalom skiing, and walking a tight rope that teach you to find your center...balance.  Those are difficult, but very addicting! 

After I put El to bed last night I was torn between getting on line, playing the Wii Fit or coloring....I felt like her coloring books were totally calling to me last night.  I chose the Fit and played on that until 10:30 when it told me to take a break...good place to stop I guess.

This morning Brett was dying to get on and play but needed to get to bed...so as he ate his breakfast pizza I heard him contemplate eating the pizza while doing the Wii Fit....goof.  LOL
