I'm on Daily Road quite a bit and I noticed...a while back actually....that the Judge's NY State flag is flying upside down.

So that begs the question...

Is it a political statement being made about the New York State Government?.

Is it a Practical Joke by kids?

Was it done clearly by accident and they don't even know?

Has their castle been captured!?
