I hate when food pretends to be something it isn't. Like I keep seeing ads for these cute little cake pans that bake your cake mix into the shape of ice cream cones. Your job then is to frost them to look like the ices cream top of the cone.

So now someone hands me a moist, yellow cake cone with Icing for ice cream, and I'm thinking...if I wanted an ice cream cone, I would have gotten ice cream! Not this poser!!!

Let food be what it was destine to be.

Let a cake be a cake....don't make it feel bad about itself because it was forced to look like something else entirely.

Cake is cake, ice cream is ice cream and I desperately wishes my garbage men would wear gloves....
