I'm an unsatisfied customer with Customer Service this week.
On Monday I wrote two letters. Something I never do, but felt compelled to do so.
One was a letter of delight, and the other was informative, with a touch of displeasure.
I sent a letter to Wish Farms in FL, telling them how wonderful I think their strawberries have been this winter and how they have helped me to diet.
.... Nothing.
The second letter was not so much about being displeased, but rather letting them know there was a bad reaction to their food. The letter was written to Blue Seal letting them know that as pleased as I have been for years with their Equine Feed, their puppy chow made our dog vomit for three straight days until we finally took him off of it. (that scene was too reminiscent of our last boxer puppy vomiting) I wasn't looking for money back or an apology. I just wanted them to know, incase there were other reports of such thing.
Now Blue Seal did respond. ... with in seconds of me hitting send, an automatic response was generated to me. Other then that... Nothing.
Why do these people feel that they don't need to respond to my feedback?
Why do I care?
Why did I bother writing in the first place?
I honestly have no idea why to any of those questions.
I do know however that my mother writes people about every thing and gets not only responses, but free stuff. She wrote to Carmella's once about them changing their french fries and she got something stupid like free fries for a year! (okay maybe not a year, but regardless, they acknowledged her...)
please write back.....
