Its gonna be a glorious Saturday! May you feel the sunshine on your face, and rainbows shoot from
your ass when you fart!!

... And to top it off, my 1st patients name is Sparkle! Now how does that not brighten your day!


On a side note, please don't let anyone slide down a farted rainbow - that's just icky ... And I think we all know that's not gonna be a pot of gold at the end of that one!
