February Catch Up
Sorry, again I just have notes...
2/ 7 - Ellen signed and addressed all 18 valentines for school... & I remained calm through the entire process 
2/10 - I seriously just saw a dandelion puff blow past window ... #isitreallyfebruary
2/11 - Only in Clark Mills do they have the Boy Scouts serving beer!
2/11 - Whitney Houston dies and I honestly cried. I'm not sure why her death devastated me, but it did deeply effect me.
"I decided long ago, never to walk in anyone's shadows . If I fail, if I succeed, At least I live as I believe ..." I remember singing along with this when I was about 12 years old and taking it to heart. She got a little weird towards the end, but Whitney you were the beautiful, big haired, spandex wearing Bomb in the 80's and I loved you! God Bless.
2/12 - Elle & I just finished reading the Dark Crystal & guess what's on Showtime? Snuggling in for movie time on a cold Sunday morning...
2/13 - My daughter just informed us that we are not the patents she wanted - she should have gotten nice parents ... ya well when I placed my special order, I requested a kid that didn't throw a fit every time someone asked her to put underpants on --> life ain't fair kid. (But We love you anyways ♥)
2/14 - Today's Highs; Roses, Candy, slept till 8. Preschool Party, Mixed Tapes, Meatballs & Sauce. Chocolate Pie, Brownies, New Camera, Daughters special delivery! Barb's do gooder status that brought tears of laughter to my eyes & my many FB wishes from friends!! I think my biggest 'High' however would be the first 38 years god has given me & hope the next 38 are just as amazing! (hoping there are another 38 that is ... yikes!)
2/15 - Doing 'highs & lows' at dinner and ellie says, "my high was daddy came home safely this morning. My other high," she shoots me a devilish grin, "is Survivor starts tonight!" Then we howled with joy!
2/16 - Tonight I fished our "favorite" peacock headband out of a public toilet ... I've reached a new level of motherhood ... someone please shoot me now while I'm week &helpless .....
2/17 - Ellies style is starting to cloud my judgement.... I just looked at sandals for my self with sparkles on them... I Don't BeDazzle! What the Heck? LOL
2/17 - I literally just went to Tonys in my sweat pants... I feel I've reached a new town low. On the up side they weren't 80's elastic bottomed & I didn't have my tee shirt tucked into them so I think some of my dignity is still in tact
